New technologies are constantly being introduced into our lives. 
We want to engage with computers, 
Laptops, desktop computers, and tablets all the time. 
So this will be explaining the best practices to follow while using these electrical gadgets, and hope this is beneficial in your life.

  1. Use the standing desk
      • In IT jobs, you should be able to spend at least 6 hours every day on a computer. This is not healthy, and it may lead to a slew of health problems throughout your life. Standing desks are a great solution for this. You customize it to your liking.


  2. Get up and move some steps
      • This small action provides you with additional benefits. Other advantages include improved blood circulation, calorie burn, and reduced tension in your neck and back.
  3. Keep your surroundings tidy
      • This is an excellent practice to maintain throughout your life since an unclean environment might have a negative impact on your life. This can cause bacteria to grow around you and make you ill.
  4. Get a proper chair
      • Maintain your posture at all times. Please choose the appropriate chair. Avoid using a sofa or a bed.
So have a healthy life. As much as possible, stick to straightforward instructions.
